Is your store accepting orders?
My online store is open and accepting orders from Canada. Please note that Ingritt Rincu Art does not have a physical location. It operates as an online store only.
ingrittrincuart.ca uses Shopify and the Print on Demand service provided by Printful.

What does your online store Ingritt Rincu Art sell?
ingrittrincuart.ca sells products based on my original artwork to customers in Canada. The products currently available are canvas prints.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. In 2025 and 2026, the products are sold only in Canada. This will allow me to better monitor the process and evaluate the success of my business. After placing your order online at ingrittrincuart.ca, a print-on-demand request will be sent to Printful, and they will also take care of the shipping. 

Do you sell your original paintings on ingrittrincuart.ca?
No. The canvas prints for sale on ingrittrincuart.ca are versions of my paintings, manually edited with image editors to create a better print product. Also, some of these prints are cropped versions of the original paintings. Each canvas print sold on ingrittrincuart.ca has a small blue-and-white mark with my name as proof of authenticity on the back of the canvas. The original paintings (in watercolour, gouache, acrylic) are not for sale yet. I plan to show them in an exhibition in 2026.

Are you planning to hire staff for ingrittrincuart.ca?
No. This online store operates under my name, Ingritt Rincu, a sole proprietorship. I have manually created the images used by Printful for the products in my Catalogue, from painting to image editing and graphic design. My work will also be mentioned in my resume, under the Content Producer category. All images, photos, videos, paintings, and text posted on ingrittrincuart.ca are my own. They do not in any way represent the views of my employers.

Do you offer phone, chat, and email support?
I created this online store because I love painting and graphic design and I want to share my work with you.
I read all the messages you send through the store's Feedback Form and I will continue to update this Q@A page based on your feedback. I will not participate in phone, chat, or email conversations. Do you have a Privacy policy?
Privacy, both mine and yours, is very important to me. My online store complies with the privacy policies provided by Shopify and Printful.
